When is the referral bonus paid?
Within 30 days of the referred customer's first payment. You can choose a SEPA bank transfer or a credit towards your next annual renewal.
Is there a cost to join the programs?
No, admission is free for all programs. For the Partner program, we require a minimum commitment of two qualified referrals within the first six months to maintain active status.
Do I have to carry out the ISO consultancy myself?
No. The basic model covers only the referral; the Complaion team handles the consulting. In "Co-deliver" mode, you can work alongside our Lead Auditors with your clients.
